Membership is required to reserve open court time or play in a seasonal time group or league. Our membership year runs from September 15, 2024 until September 14, 2025 no matter what time of year you join. Once you are a member of Drumlins Tennis Club you have the option of paying for court time by the hour, unlimited time play pass or seasonal time. Membership rates will be pro-rated throughout the season beginning November 15, 2024.
Membership is NOT required for instructional programs or private lessons. You can also reserve court time as a non-member, see same day information below!

Unlimited Time Play Pass
Full Season, September 15, 2024-May 14, 2025
This open court time option applies to the full season and is for the frequent player who can be flexible with their playing schedule. You may reserve up to 1.5 hours per day and up to 3 days in advance for match play. Unlimited time does not apply to seasonal court time. Those playing with an unlimited time holder are responsible for their share of the hourly court rate. Play with unlimited court time may be restricted by management at any time during the indoor season. Unlimited goes into effect once it is paid in full. Full season unlimited time will be pro-rated on the 15th of each month, beginning November 15, 2024.

Monthly Unlimited Time Play Pass
This pass is available on the first or fifteenth of the month during the indoor season and must be paid in full before it applies to court fees. It is the responsibility of the unlimited holder to know when their pass expires and stop at the front desk for renewal. Court fees that occur prior to payment of unlimited time are the responsibility of the member and are due at the time the unlimited pass is taken out.

Additional Offerings and Information
Same Day Reservation
This court time option is for those who are flexible with their scheduling. Rates apply to courts reserved on the day of play only. Membership is not required for a Same Day Reservation. The adult court rate is $44 per court hour. Juniors and full time college students may make a Same Day Reservation for a rate of $34 per court hour.
Please indicate “same day reservation” or “junior same day reservation” when calling to reserve court time. There are no restrictions on day of the week or time of day. Rates are by the court hour, based on court availability and any extended play beyond reservation will be charged for accordingly.
Guest Policy
Any non-member playing during open court time is subject to a guest fee of $15 in addition to the hourly court rate.
Ball Machine
Ball machine use is limited to one hour. The cost is $15.00 per hour in addition to the hourly court rate. Ball machine use is included with the unlimited time play pass during non-prime time hours and must be reserved in advance. Ball machine use Monday – Thursday from 5-8 PM may only be reserved 24 hours in advance. Professionals have priority over use for instructional purposes and the ball machines may not always be available when you request them.
Seasonal Court Time
Seasonal court time guarantees the same court at the same time each week. The seasonal fee is determined by the hourly court rate regularly charged; at the time the group is scheduled to play. Each plaer in the group must be a member of the Drumlins Tennis Club and will be responsible for their share of the court fee. Seasonal time groups receive a rate based on three bonus weeks of play. You pay for 30 weeks and play for 33. Please provide a 24-hour notice of court cancellation. Seasonal time runs from September 15, 2024 through May 3, 2025.

Private Instruction
Private and group instruction is available at the convenience of the student and the instructor. Membership is not required for any of our instructional programs. We offer group instruction and classes for juniors and adults of all ages and ability levels! Private lessons range from $65 – $75 per hour. Save 10% when you pre-pay for a package of five lessons. We require 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled tennis appointment. We reserve the right to charge for any canceled reservations without proper notice.
